we have conducted Pile Load Tests to verify the
suitability of the installed piles for Westbury Lekki.

PILE INTEGRITY TEST
All 208 piles at Westbury Lekki have passed rigorous testing, verifying their length, uniformity, and
continuity. This ensures the structure’s integrity and reliability, providing a solid foundation for the iconic
11-storey building.
Testing Methodology:
Building on the successful Pile Integrity Test, we
applied controlled loads to selected piles to simulate
real-world conditions.
Ensuring Structural Reliability:
The Pile Load Test results will confirm the piles’ ability
to support the 11-storey structure, guaranteeing a
secure and stable foundation for Westbury Lekki.
